We handle all administrative functions for our services, including but not limited to billing, customer service and technical support, and the shipping and receiving of all training materials. Marketing of Business Training Library services will be handled jointly. Activities might include periodic mailings, faxes and emails, coverage in organization's publications, live and web-based presentations, surveys and more.
