As organizations strive to build more innovative, skilled, and resilient teams, staying up to date on training trends and strategies is essential. We surveyed more than 150 HR and L&D professionals, as well as analyzed our client utilization data and identified the top priorities for the c-suite, workforce, and training professionals.
Join Paul Eschen as he dives into the results of BizLibrary’s 2025 Trends Survey and the top challenges HR and L&D professionals are facing today – including record levels of burnout, competing priorities, difficulty securing support for development, and uncertainty around the impact of training efforts. We’ll explore why leadership development is the number one reported challenge by CEOs, what topics learners consume electively, why employees are asking for more soft skills training, and more!
He’ll discuss:
- Key trends that will shape learning and development in 2025 and beyond, including personalized skills development, microlearning, and soft skills vs. hard skills
- What training topics are having the most impact for BizLibrary clients, including both prescriptive and elective content
- Strategies for overcoming obstacles such as lack of time to build programs, measuring the impact of training, and low learner engagement
- How to take our findings and use them as a springboard for your strategic planning for 2025
