BizLibrary just expanded their compliance offering with the release of their newest anti-harassment course: A Harassment-Free Workplace. This new course provides an option for either employees or managers, ensuring both individual contributors and leaders know how to create and maintain a compassionate and respectful workplace.

BizLibrary Productions team wrote and designed this course, incorporating advice from lawyers specializing in employment law to ensure accuracy. Additionally, this is BizLibrary’s first course to cover the EEOC’s new guidance on workplace harassment from April 2024. These courses were designed with bold graphics, real-life scenarios, multiple narrators, and interactivity to help ensure the information is understood and retained.

Within the 10 lessons, the content dives into topics like bullying, discrimination, sexual harassment, bystander intervention, sex and gender issues, reporting procedures, and prevention practices. Furthermore, at the end of the course, learners will feel confident in their ability to contribute to a harassment-free workplace.
