At BizLibrary, we are on a mission to help our clients sleep better at night, knowing we’ve taken one less thing off their plate. In our annual Trends in Training survey, 18% of L&D professionals said that one of their top three challenges was “centralizing training,” a 6% increase from last year. One of our main priorities in 2025 is enhancing our integration offerings so that our all-in-one solution works seamlessly with an organization’s existing HR technology stack.

We recently announced BizConnect – our expansive integrations marketplace – to help administrators manage their tech stack more seamlessly. But what does that mean exactly? Administrators can expect faster onboarding, up-to-date employee details in all applications, easy sign-ins, on-time training completion, and better reporting.

Leaning on new technology can come with some apprehension—especially when it takes over tasks typically performed by employees—but by offloading tasks that are easily automated, more time is freed up for L&D professionals to focus on other areas of their role. Furthermore, our 2025 trends report revealed that 46.7% of L&D professionals said they don’t have time to devote to developing a training program. Incorporating integrations into an organization’s HR technology stack could be the solution to this challenge. The newly freed up time can then be dedicated to creating programs that directly address CEO challenges like leadership development, upskilling, and reskilling.

These benefits are incredibly helpful because they reduce the administrative burdens on L&D and HR. Not to mention, they tackle another challenge that 41% of L&D professionals cite: measuring impact. Our robust integrations give peace of mind that the data administrators are pulling are accurate, no matter if they need to pull a report based on the titles of learners or content consumed.

We typically see our BizLMS clients needing one of three main types of integrations, so our integration capabilities are organized into those options designed to streamline processes and enhance the user experience.

HRIS/HCM: This is the most common type of integration our clients request, and it makes sense given all that HR professionals have on their plate. Our HRIS/HCM integrations simplify user management and synchronize data between systems through automated user provisioning, profile updates, role assignments, and deactivations. A few of the many applications we integrate with include BambooHR, Workday, ADP, Paycom, Paycor, Paylocity, and more.

Single-Sign-On (SSO): Administrators aren’t the only ones pressed for time when it comes to training – learners also have limited time in their day, and no one has time to try to track down their credentials. Our Single-Sign-On capabilities help reduce login barriers and alleviate password fatigue by allowing learners to access BizLMS with a simple click. Our supported SSO applications include SAML 2.0, Okta, Azure, Microsoft ADFS, and more.

Team Productivity: In an effort to encourage learning in the flow of work and social sharing, these integrations allow learners to share their favorite content with coworkers through messaging applications, such as Microsoft Teams and more.

For those using the BizLibrary Collection in a platform other than BizLMS, we offer many out-of-the-box content integrations to support the task of library accessibility and maintenance.

Content Integrations with Other Learning Management Systems (LMS): Enable clients to use BizLibrary’s award-winning, high-quality content within other LMS platforms. LMSs we connect with include Cornerstone On Demand, Absorb, SAP SuccessFactors, Schoox, Oracle, and more. Additionally, in early 2025, we will be joining the Workday Cloud Connect for Learning (CCL) ecosystem, which will allow Workday Learning users to access BizLibrary content directly from their platform.

These capabilities ensure efficient, accessible, and tailored solutions for our diverse client base, furthering our commitment to constant innovation at BizLibrary. By leveraging these integrations, administrators will no longer have to worry about ensuring employment changes (such as department, title, or status) are updated in each system, learners being unable to sign in with ease, or accessing BizLibrary’s award-winning content. In addition to our expansive options, BizConnect also includes a suite of APIs to be able to accommodate custom needs.

Now, we’ve covered a lot, and you might be thinking, “This all sounds great, but it can’t be easy to implement another tool into my HR technology stack.” You’ll be relieved to know that our commitment to alleviating administrative burdens also applies to ensuring integration setup is seamless. Simplifying what can seem like a complex process is something we are passionate about, which is why we thoroughly go over integration set up during a client’s implementation process.
