BizLibrary is excited to announce that we are joining the Workday Cloud Connect for Learning (CCL) ecosystem as part of a large planned expansion for early 2025. Workday CCL provides a single place to discover, consume, and track all learner content and surfaces third-party content across the platform, providing meaningful learning experiences when and where your learners need it. This Cloud Connect Learning expansion means that Workday Learning users will be able to access BizLibrary content directly from their existing platform – and be able to see the impact it has on its employees in real time.

The BizLibrary Collection is a complete course library of over 12,000 titles – and thanks to the CCL, Workday clients will also get access to valuable metadata that will help drive the discovery and curation features available within Workday. This means that you’ll benefit from stronger, more accurate content personalization – directly within the Workday platform!

The BizLibrary Collection is a carefully curated library that contains internally produced content as well as titles from excellent producer partners such as Thirty Minute Mentors, Packt, the Jeff Havens Company, and many more. We have a variety of content styles to suit every learner – from illustrated voiceovers to onscreen presenters to ebooks, there’s something for everyone. The BizLibrary Collection also comes with access to our Expert Insights series, which features industry experts teaching lessons on what they know best – from anti-harassment to customer service training to leadership skills.

Our library is built to help you develop leaders, futureproof your workforce through upskilling, and build a culture of respect and compliance at your organization.

With the BizLibrary and Workday Learning connector, learners will be able to search, discover, and launch BizLibrary content right from Workday Learning. Upon licensing Cloud Connect for Learning and enabling the integration in the admin console, BizLibrary customers can sync the BizLibrary Collection to Workday. Content additions, updates and retirements will automatically sync, reducing the administrative burden and ensuring you have access to the most up to date content in your catalog.

Course progress and completions will be reportable within Workday reporting for both learners and administrators. This is in addition to the learner tracking system that Workday Learning already offers.

This new integration is scheduled to be completed and available in Workday Learning around the Workday 25R1 release in March or April 2025.
