In March, we took to the stars and had a blast hosting our 2nd annual Boost conference! Our obsession with Boost comes from our love of helping organizations develop leaders at every level who lead with compassion, expertise, creativity, and empathy. Great leaders have a profound impact on any organization. They are the ones who inspire ingenuity, cultivate communities of support, and create company cultures of equity and inclusivity. This year’s awesome Boost keynote speakers, Michelle Gielan and Brandon Smith, gave incredible sessions packed with expertly crafted messages on creating and maintaining impactful leaders. We wish Boost never had to end!
For those who missed the conference- or those as obsessed with Boost as we are- you can stream select conference sessions by registering on the Boost page of our website. Add a little lift to your day and prolong your Boost experience by watching on-demand sessions wherever you are.
Also in March, we kicked off a series of monthly BizLMS administrator training webinars to help our clients get the most out of their BizLMS experience. These deep dive sessions are just one part of our initiative to build lasting partnerships with our clients and offer us an opportunity to help our clients build and implement successful training programs.

The final expert we’d like to highlight from the expert insight’s family is none other than Barb Bruno! Look, everyone wishes there were more hours in the day. From juggling tasks, running from meeting to meeting, or sifting through a never-ending inbox of emails, it’s easy to feel bogged down at work. But what if you could make more time for the important things and leave behind the menial tasks? Too good to be true? Not according to Barb! But wait, there’s more! Each month we eagerly await the launch of incredible new course titles in our library. Here are just a few we’d like to highlight for you.
At BizLibrary we are always looking for ways to help each of our clients meet their desired training needs and requirements. One such requirement came to our attention when Chicago became one of the first cities in the nation to require separate bystander training on the topic of sexual harassment. We jumped at the opportunity to support our Chicago-based clients and released a series of Chicago-Compliant Bystander Intervention Training. You can find a preview of this course on the “What’s New” page of our website.
Our updated Microsoft Training Series is the second course we’re excited to share with you. We understand it’s hard to keep up to date with all the new Microsoft features and updates. Whether you need a refresh, or a deep dive product training on Word, PowerPoint, Excel, or Outlook 365, this series has all the information you need to use these programs like a pro.
