How quickly are changes reflected in BizLMS? How often do updates process?
The initial load of data will take up to one business day to reflect within BizLMS. Following the initial load, any new learners or updates to existing learners will process every hour.
What data fields can be mapped/ are available to connect?
BizLMS can accept the following fields listed below however not all fields are required: UserName, FirstName, LastName, Active, Address1, Address2, City, State, PostalCode, CountryKey, Email, PhoneNum, Title, Company, BillingId, HireDate, JobCode, Department, EmployeeId, AuthLDAP, Supervisor, CostCenter, Division
How secure is our data?
Our integrations are built in accordance with the industry's highest standards of security and privacy, including SOC 2, Type II, ISO 27001, HIPPA, & GDPR
How long does it take to setup? Will I need to work with my HRIS/ Payroll data provider to setup the integration?
In most cases, it should take only few minutes to configure your setup once you have gathered the prerequisites from your HRIS provider. BizLibrary to provide documentation for each HRIS configuration as some platforms do require additional services to access the data needed to take advantage of BizConnect.
What roles would be involved from client's side to set it up? For example will they need a developer? An HRIS specialist?
An individual with admin credentials for their HRIS can successfully configure BizConnect. All supported platforms will include step by step instructions on how to configure however the BizLibrary support team is available for any questions.
