Proven Methods of Improving the Employee Experience through Learning

Thursday, March 07, 2019, 1:00 pm CT

Your employees want to have opportunities to grow. Many studies have shown the importance of employee development today, including a recent LinkedIn report that stated 94% of employees will stay at a company longer if it invested in their career development.

As the workforce and the way we work continue to change, it becomes the responsibility of organizations to create an employee experience that is full of personal and career-oriented development opportunities. Today’s employees expect to be challenged, recognized, and rewarded – not just at the start of a new job, but throughout their time with your company. These expectations and much more can be achieved through a strong learning and development program.

During this webinar, you’ll get a chance to hear how three of BizLibrary’s clients have improved their employee experience through their own unique learning and development programs. We’ll have an open discussion on how these panelists have seen success with employee development areas like onboarding, blending in-person and online training, marketing their programs, and reinforcing learning.

In this webinar, you’ll learn:

  • A three-step approach to reducing employee turnover by building a strong onboarding program
  • How to gain total company participation in your learning and development program
  • Examples of how to recognize and challenge your employees with certifications and gamification
  • How utilizing the support of BizLibrary’s partnership helps achieve organizational goals
